We use the three "big-boys" of shipping fufillment. USPS, Fed-Ex and UPS.....oh, then there's Shipping Clerk Bob (Laura's hubby) if he happens to be in your neighborhood.

We ship frequently and when we are away at a show we have a couple of folks that help us get things out.  A shipping notification with tracking information is sent with every order by email.  You may also request that the delivery company requires your signature at time of delivery.  Be sure to check the box on your order if you want that to happen.

Depending on the item ordered it may take some time to get things assembled and sent. Our custom Roycroft Renaissance frames generally require a 2-4 week lead time, unless we're fortunate enough to have them in stock.

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the "ORDER STATUS" link located in the upper right hand corner of any store page.

We do our best to package things so that damage will not occur during shipping. "Murphys Law" being what it is, should your artwork not arrive in perfect condition please give us a call right away. We'll replace it as soon as we can and make a claim for the damages. Please do not toss the packing materials! The shipping company will want to pick up everything.

Finally, if you have any special requirements pertaining to delivery be certain to let us know. There is an additional information section available while checking out. You may add special instructions there or send us an email. Please let us know of important delivery dates such as Birthdays and Vacations.
