I happened to glance at a patch of Myrtle/Periwinkle/Vinca Minor in my yard one day, and noticed that the sunlight was back-lighting some leaves bright yellow-green, and many leaves had flashes of blue sky reflected on their glossy surfaces. And bits of russet showed where the soil caught the light. Magical!
